Hi, I'm Paula, the designer behind Feisty Type, a one-woman studio.

I'm a typography nerd, an illustration enthusiast, and a certified UX designer, with a focus on how visual systems work on the page, on screen, and everywhere in between. Design, for me, is equal parts craft and communication: it should look compelling, but it's also got a job to do.

My studies spans print, web, 3D, motion, and UX, so I think about how brands look, feel, and behave across every medium. I take brands from static to motion, designing logos, layouts, and assets that move, transition, and tell a story over time. I also offer fractional support for companies that need reliable, ongoing help with digital design and marketing assets, and I can take a brand from a rough idea to a full, digital-ready system.

Outside client work, I keep sharpening my skills on everything from UX patterns to experimental typography, usually via late-night Procreate doodles and "just one more" tutorial. That curiosity keeps the studio playful in process and serious about results.
